About Treatment Finder

Treatment Finder is a free, public, neutral search tool for substance-use and mental-health treatment facilities in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Results are ordered only by distance and relevance — never by payment, sponsorship, or partnership. No facility can pay to appear higher. That neutrality is enforced in our code, not just our policy.

Facility data comes from SAMHSA (the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration), the federal agency that maintains the national treatment locator dataset. We refresh it regularly and show a “last verified” date on every facility.

This service does not collect or store anything about who you are or what you search for. No accounts, no tracking, no ads — ever.
